Hello, Here's my comments after my staying during 2 nights in August. For a 4 stars hotel: ++ Hotel calm and comfortable. Nice Room. Very good bedding. Nice bathroom -- Dust on foot table Tea or coffee not available in room No handkerchiefs in the room Only Small Towel the 1st day in bathroom. No Lavandry on Sunday (and no iron in the room)

We stayed at this hotel 1 week ago. Loved the location, just a few steps away from the Castelo, directly connected to the Roman thermal baths. Huge spaces, delicious and big restaurants with varied menu. Comfortable room with beautiful view of the city. Parking, free wifi and swimming pool. Recommended

Staff was friendly and location very good, easy access to everything. Rooms are nice, comfortable, spacious and clean. Perfect to visit the thermal baths because it has a direct connection. Delicious restaurant offering traditional cuisine. Loved it. Great value!

Para uma estadia longa, falta , no quarto, um cadeirão com apoio de costas para ler, ver televisão ou descansar. No espaço do chuveiro poderia haver um apoio para quem tem alguma limitação de mobilidade, tendo em conta que há muitos termalistas. A posição do televisor não é a melhor, pois não está centrada e, havendo duas pessoas, uma delas não consegue ficar em frente do aparelho. Também me desagradou a permissão de festas com grande ruído, não permitindo, a quem não faz parte do grupo ruidoso, estar nos espaços comuns a conversar, ler, etc.

Faz falta um spa, serviço este que vai tornar o Hotel Premium Chaves ainda mais especial. Apostem nisso e será sucesso garantido em relação à concorrência, mas atenção: não abusem nos preços.
