In later September this year I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights. I didn't get his name, but the tall man who had studied English in Australia who checked me in made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and was always helpful each time we spoke. I would also like to say a huge thanks to all those who worked in the hotel's restaurant - excellent food and great service but a special thank you to Pablo for his great kindness. It can be lonely dining alone and he always took the time to make me feel welcome. It's impossible to name everyone at the hotel who did such a good job of making my stay in Porto a good one but they all have my thanks. I would stay at this hotel again in an instant. Thanks you Premium Porto Downtown Hotel from Michael, a very grateful Australian visitor !

Hotel OK, well situated. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Excellent and friendly service, including for the breakfast..Restaurants recommended by reception desk were excellent. To be recommended without restriction.

We stayed 8 friends for a weekend, we received a great attention even before arriving at the hotel via email. The hotel's location is great, really close to everything, the hotel is very new, spacious rooms, a lovely terrace on the top floor. all or enquiries were resolved really easily. We totally recommend this place.

The hotel is very new, and yet it shows that take good care of the facilities. In the attic they have a wonderful terrace with great views and ambient music. The staff is extremely friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent very close to everything and has a great access to public transportation.

Very friendly staff, good location in town, Garage. Wish: get the garage free of charge - and you will get more customers
